The True Legend Mp4 Movie 23 isn't rated by the BBFC, as the movie's only BBFC certificate, for some reason it got issued on November 20, 2008 just one day before the film's official release. BBFC decided to give the movie a 12 certificate instead of a 15 certificate because the movie's headdress and cattails come too close to the face of the actor. The film-makers cut the heavy cattails with their own hands in order to get another cut of the film which has a 17 certificate.
