Exchanges: 

Products must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup stains, deodorant, wear, and contain original packaging to qualify. Covid V Conquerors reserves the right to deny any requests that do not meet our policy. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Please keep proof of postage until your exchange is finalized. To request an exchange, email info@covidvconquerors.com with details regarding your request. Include your order number and contact information within the email. 

You will receive an automatic confirmation when your order has been placed. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. This may take longer during new releases or major holidays.

Covid V Conquerors will email you with updates and tracking information once your order has shipped.
